Your Role As aJunior-LevelGensler Designer, you will have the opportunity to collaborateon retail and hospitality projectsand grow with talented designers, shaping the future of our built environments.You will work on all phases of design, crafting concepts and coordinating our designs from construction documentation to construction administration. You are passionate about design, are interested in thedetailsand have an appreciation for the nuances of furniture and finishes. The ideal candidate brings strong design thinking, creativity, and a collaborative mindset to deliver immersive retail and hospitality environments. You combine a refined design sensibility with thoughtful problem-solving to create spaces that elevate brand identity and guest experience, ensuring projects are executed with design integrity, clarity, and impact. In this role, you will continue to build on your strengths in concept development, experiential storytelling, and materiality, while expanding your ability to engage with clients and consultants. Your Qualifications
**The base salary will be estimated between $75,000-82,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
