Hourly Pay Range:

$38.67 - $59.94 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours)
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, between 8am - 5pm hours may vary based upon department need
  • Required Travel: Travel to other sites such as Evanston, Lincolnwood, and Niles

A Brief Overview:
The Practice Manager II is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and management of medical practices. This role involves strategic planning, financial administration, staff leadership, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.

What you will do:

  • Providing strong leadership for medical practices, ensuring that they align with the hospital's mission and values.
  • Recruiting, training, and managing a team of practice managers, medical assistants, administrative staff, and support personnel.
  • Managing the financial aspects of practices, including budget development, revenue cycle management, and expense control to achieve financial objectives.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans for practice growth, patient access, and the introduction of new services.
  • Establishing and monitoring quality assurance and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Focusing on patient satisfaction and engagement, addressing patient concerns and maintaining a high level of patient care quality.
  • Implementing streamlined processes, optimizing patient flow, appointment scheduling, and resource utilization.
  • Overseeing the effective use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare technology to enhance patient care and practice performance.
  • Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the practices, providing regular reports on performance in areas such as patient volume, revenue, and patient satisfaction.
  • Working closely with physicians, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care and achieve organizational goals.

What you will need:

  • Bachelors Degree Health Administration Required Or
  • Bachelors Degree Business Administration/Management Required
  • 3 Years experience in healthcare management, with a strong background in managing medical practices.
  • AHA Heartsaver CPR - American Heart Association (AHA) Preferred
