ChristianaCare is seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our laboratory leadership team as a Laboratory Technical Specialist. This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly skilled laboratory professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, mentoring colleagues, driving quality initiatives, and ensuring excellence in patient testing. In this role, you will serve as the technical expert for Hematology/Coag laboratory disciplines, partnering with laboratory leadership, clinical biochemists, and quality teams to optimize instrumentation, validate new methodologies, maintain regulatory compliance, and support the delivery of high-quality patient care. Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
