Fill Zone Technician

What you will enjoy doing*

• You
  will safely operate a cryogenic air separation plant to ensure reliable and
  efficient performance safely operating cryogenic plants
• In this role you will perform and facilitate maintenance, troubleshooting,
  and repairs on plant equipment to maintain safe and stable operations
  performing plant maintenance and repairs
• You shall adhere to company, customer, and regulatory safety work policies
  while reporting safety incidents promptly and accurately adhering to safety
  work policies
• Additionally monitor process performance and adjust operations to maintain
  safety, reliability, quality, and efficiency monitoring process
  performance
• Furthermore collect and interpret trends in equipment and process condition
  monitoring data to support proactive decision making interpreting condition
  monitoring data
• You are expected to perform and document preventive and predictive
  maintenance tasks using a computerized maintenance management system
  performing preventive and predictive maintenance
• Lastly engage with cross functional groups for troubleshooting, assist with
  scheduling maintenance and materials procurement, oversee contractors,
  execute lock out tag outs, and propose improvements to enhance reliability
  supporting cross functional maintenance activities

What makes you great

• You
  will bring experience operating production processes or systems in an
  industrial environment bringing industrial operating experience
• You shall demonstrate proficiency in mechanical equipment, electrical
  systems, and industrial instrumentation demonstrating mechanical and
  electrical proficiency
• In addition you should be familiar with controls and human machine
  interface software such as Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens understanding
  controls and HMI software
• Additionally hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate
  Degree from a technical school preferred bringing relevant educational
  background
• Furthermore read and revise engineering drawings such as piping and
  instrumentation diagrams and schematic wiring diagrams reading engineering
  drawings
• You are capable of safely operating forklifts, cranes, and aerial work
  platforms and working at height using ladders, scaffolding, and aerial platforms
  operating industrial equipment safely
• You are able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including
  confined space entry, climbing, lifting up to fifty pounds, and working at
  heights
• You will be available to work extended hours when business needs arise
• Furthermore, you demonstrate the flexibility to support weekend, holiday,
  and callin coverage
• You ensure a reliable and safetyfocused presence during critical
  operational periods
• Lastly be proficient with computers and office programs including Excel,
  Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook while communicating technical information
  clearly and effectively applying digital and communication skills
