Bilingual Data Entry Specialist (Remote - Mandarin/English) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual Data Entry Specialist fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English to join our remote team. This role is responsible for collecting, translating, and entering data into internal systems while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines. The ideal candidate is comfortable conducting online research and working with structured data platforms. Key Responsibilities * Collect, review, and input data into internal databases and content management systems * Translate information accurately between Mandarin Chinese and English * Conduct internet research to gather and verify data, including reviewing company information, reports, and regulatory updates * Maintain and update records in systems such as SQL databases or Microsoft Access * Ensure high levels of data accuracy and consistency across all entries * Identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information and resolve issues promptly * Follow established processes and compliance guidelines related to data handling Required Qualifications * Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal) * Experience with data entry, data collection, or database management * Familiarity with Excel, Microsoft Access, or similar data systems * Strong internet research skills, including the ability to gather and validate information from multiple sources * Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy * Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion Key Skills & Competencies * Detail-oriented with strong quality control mindset * Strong organizational and time management skills * Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability * Effective written communication in both languages Work Environment * Fully remote position * Independent, deadline-driven work environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Boca Raton, FL.
