As MISO's Manager - Resource Utilization, you will lead a team at the center of critical transmission planning and interconnection activities that directly impact grid reliability, market efficiency, and the integration of new energy resources across the MISO footprint. This is more than a technical leadership role. It is an opportunity to guide strategy, develop talent, improve processes, and influence how planning models, study methodologies, and interconnection evaluations support the evolving energy landscape. The appropriate level will be determined based on experience and knowledge. At MISO, you will work alongside industry experts helping solve some of the most important reliability and energy transition challenges facing the grid today-all while making an impact on more than 47 million people across our footprint. The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $166,000-$191,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience. Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
