Architectural Designer
Fishbeck | Multiple Locations | Full-time
Who We Are
Fishbeck has been employee-owned since its founding in 1956-not as a structure, but as a belief. We are architects, engineers, scientists, and constructors. More than that, we are people who believe nothing great is made alone.
For nearly 70 years, across every generation of leadership, the same values have held. That continuity is not an accident-it is something we protect.
What Design Means to Us
Design is one of the most human things we do. It takes curiosity, conviction, and the willingness to care deeply about how something is experienced, not just how it functions.
We are looking for people who get genuinely excited about ideas and find real meaning in the work itself.
How We Work
We work the way we think: collaboratively and with intent. Every person here brings something distinct, and we lean into that.
We surround ourselves with people who challenge and complement us-who take ownership not just of their work but of each other's growth. We believe complacency is not an option, and we stay curious because we enjoy what we do.
