A strong focus will be placed on efficiently communicating deliverables to senior leadership and relentlessly executing strategy to meet and exceed audience growth and engagement targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Channel Management

- Lead, motivate, and inspire team members to continuously innovate and elevate their creative execution.
- Monitor performance metrics and compile detailed social media reports for executive leadership.
2. On-Camera Content Creation & UGC
- Concept, shoot, and edit engaging, UGC-style social media content that aligns seamlessly with the established brand voice.
- Regularly feature yourself on-camera in native short-form video content to build organic community connections.
- Spearhead collaboration with external UGC creators and influencers to expand brand reach.
- Maintain absolute visual and copy oversight across all active brand channels.
3. Trend Optimization & Workflows
- Keep a finger on the pulse of internet culture, tracking emerging viral trends, audio clips, and trending topics.
- Move quickly to ideate and publish rapid-response content capitalizing on real-time viral moments.
- Utilize creative tools such as CapCut and Canva to execute fast-paced content turnarounds.
- Own and optimize a structured, consistent social media content calendar.
