Salary: $26.65-29.61 Hourly up to $29.61/hr
Our large retail client is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer. Must have 2-6 years of experience in digital and print design. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week onsite in Framingham, 2 days remote. As a key member of the creative team, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling visual assets that drive marketing campaigns, enhance digital platforms, and elevate the in-store experience, helping to showcase exciting products and incredible value. In this highly hands-on role, you'll execute day-to-day design needs, working within established brand guidelines to create, resize, refine, and prepare visual assets. You'll collaborate closely with senior designers and cross-functional partners, ensuring every asset is accurate, on-brand, and polished across digital, print, and social channels. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining visual consistency and delivering impactful messaging. **What You'll Do:** * Produce digital marketing assets, including graphics for emails, web banners, and paid advertisements that effectively highlight diverse product offerings and value propositions.
* Execute in-store and print design, supporting the development of signage and visual materials in alignment with established brand guidelines.
* Prepare production-ready files, ensuring all assets are properly formatted, labeled, and accurately delivered for both print and digital use.
* Apply feedback from senior designers and creative leads to quickly and cleanly refine and finalize assets.
* Support seasonal campaigns by building out assets across multiple channels, ensuring cohesive storytelling around various product categories and value messaging.
* Organize and manage assets, maintaining structured, correctly named files in shared locations for seamless cross-team access.
* Assist with photo and product preparation, cropping and optimizing product images for use across digital and print platforms.
* Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to ensure assets meet project needs and deadlines.
* Support rapid turnaround requests, executing quick updates, resizes, and design adjustments in a fast-moving retail environment. **What You'll Bring:** **Must-Haves:** * 2-6 years of experience in digital and print design.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

* Strong attention to detail.
