Management Analyst 2 - Strategic Communications & Program Advisor, OSAC Job Locations

Overview The Strategic Communications and Program Advisor reports to the OSAC Deputy Office Director through the OSAC Communications Team Lead. This position provides high-level support to internal and external engagement efforts and delivers research, writing, and project management support to advance office priorities. The role supports leadership in developing and coordinating messaging, informational content, and outreach initiatives aligned with mission objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides strategic communications guidance to program offices, supporting the development and delivery of messaging to internal and external stakeholders across multiple platforms.
