What to Expect The Food & Beverage Expo Specialist serves as the final and most critical quality checkpoint between the kitchen and the guest experience. This role is responsible for ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen pass meets the highest standards of presentation, accuracy, timing, and food safety. The Food & Beverage Expo Specialist acts as the bridge between back-of-house execution and front-of-house excellence - orchestrating seamless, anticipatory service that elevates the overall dining experience.
