Guest Experience Host, Tesla Diner

• Greet and orient guests upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and clear overview of the layout, amenities, and ordering process
• Maintain an upbeat, confident presence while setting clear expectations for the guest experience from start to finish
• Guide guests through menu offerings, including categories, popular items, modifications, and allergens, while identifying upsell opportunities
• Assist with kiosk navigation, troubleshoot minor technical issues, escalate as needed, and process payments when kiosks are non-functional
• Communicate accurate wait times and proactively manage guest expectations throughout their visit

• Energetic, detail-oriented team player with the ability to multitask under pressure and collaborate across front and back of house
• Genuine passion for guest hospitality with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Prior experience in a host, cashier, or front of house role preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
• Comfortable handling cash, credit cards, and POS systems with basic math proficiency
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and 8-hour rotating shifts
