We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Managing Director of Marketing and Growth to set and execute the firm's overall marketing and brand strategy. This role play a key role in evolving the firm's marketing capabilities by aligning talent, platforms, and operating models to business needs. This role will work closely with service, geography, and industry leaders across the organization to ensure marketing initiatives are clearly connected to strategic objectives and effectively activated across the firm.

How you'll create opportunities in this Managing Director of Marketing and Growth role:

Strategy & Brand Leadership

  • Establish and lead firmwide marketing and brand strategy aligned with business priorities and go-to-market needs.
  • Shape brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and strategic marketing objectives across priority audiences and markets.
  • Set marketing priorities and provide strategic direction to Directors and functional leaders to support enterprise initiatives.

Governance & Executive Oversight

  • Serve as senior steward of brand governance, messaging consistency, and marketing standards across channels and teams.
  • Provide executive oversight of major marketing initiatives, campaigns, and sponsorships to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Partner across marketing, business development, and leadership teams to drive clarity, consistency, and execution.

Growth & Market Enablement

  • Advance demand generation and go-to-market strategies that support revenue growth and market engagement.
  • Collaborate with executive and business leaders on growth initiatives, market positioning, and field activation.
  • Assess and refine overall marketing effectiveness using performance insights and engagement signals.

Performance, Budget & Investment

  • Define enterprise marketing KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting expectations.
  • Inform marketing investment prioritization and ROI evaluation to ensure scalable, high-impact outcomes.
  • Guide vendor and agency strategy at a strategic level to support enterprise objectives.

Leadership & Innovation

  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior marketing leaders and cross-functional contributors.
  • Champion modern marketing practices, digital enablement, content transformation, and responsible use of emerging technologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operating models, workflows, and the strategic evolution of the marketing function.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • A minimum of 12 years experience of progressive growth within the marketing and brand discipline
  • Experience leading enterprise digital content transformation preferred.
  • Experience architecting and leading persona-based marketing strategies preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading end-to-end B2B marketing strategies that directly improved client acquisition and practice group revenues preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of high-volume proposal mechanics, custom pitching, and client presentation design preferred.
  • Hands-on familiarity with professional marketing tools, including CRM platforms, MarTech analytical dashboards, and content management systems preferred.
  • Elite copywriting, presentation, and diplomatic collaboration skills suited for navigating matrixed, partner-led environments preferred.
