As we continue to grow, we're always looking to identify talented individuals to join our team. **This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location** The Syndication Success Manager is responsible for proactively monitoring and improving product content performance across Syndigo workflows for some of Syndigo's largest retail partners. This role focuses on driving successful publication outcomes by identifying rejected, stalled, or underperforming items and taking action to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. The individual will work across major retailer programs to identify workflow bottlenecks, improve syndication success rates, and accelerate time to live. This includes directly resolving issues Syndigo can control, coordinating internally across teams, and proactively engaging suppliers and brands when action is required to move items toward success. This role serves as a key operational partner across Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customers achieve strong content delivery performance and maximize the value of Syndigo's platform. Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity. This position is Bonus Eligible.
