Position Title: Instructional Design & Facilitation Intern Location: Remote (Flexible Scheduling; travel to sites as needed) Duration: 6 months (Paid Internship; potential for extension based on performance and organizational needs) Position Objective: The Instructional Design & Facilitation Intern will support the creation, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce development. This role offers a balanced opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both instructional design and live facilitation. The intern will collaborate with learning and development professionals to design engaging training materials and assist with delivering interactive learning experiences for frontline, operational, and leadership audiences.
