Sales Account Executive \| Washington State Territory (Field Based) Compensation: Base $50,000 + uncapped commission Perks: $600/month car allowance, mileage reimbursement, company phone and laptop Own your territory, grow an existing book of 50-75 accounts from day one, and earn uncapped commissions with a global leader in energy. Why This Role Uncapped commission with strong yearone earning potential Residual income after year one - "keep what you kill" model Existing book of business (50-75 accounts) plus wide open territory growth Live anywhere in Washington No fuel industry experience required - full training provided Build your career with World Fuel, a global industry leader What You'll Do Own a territory and drive new business growth across fuel cards, delivered fuel, and lubricants Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Build pipeline through cold outreach, field visits, and account expansion Manage and grow your existing book of business while winning new logos Become the trusted advisor to customers from small businesses to large enterprises Identify opportunities through data, trends, and customer insights Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and performance tracking Travel locally with up to 30% overnight travel Who You Are 1-5 years of outside sales experience High energy, self-motivated, and driven to win Enjoy prospecting, relationship building, and being in the field Strong communicator who can influence and close deals Organized, accountable, and customer-first mindset Comfortable selling to both small businesses and large enterprises Bonus Backgrounds (Not Required) Retail sales with quotas, logistics/distribution, industrial or B2B sales, or adjacent oil and gas experience A Day in This Role Spend the majority of your day in the field meeting customers Build and manage pipeline through targeted prospecting Lead proposals, pricing discussions, and negotiations Work cross-functionally to launch and grow accounts Drive both retention and new business wins Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $50,000 Uncapped Commission: Strong year-one potential plus residual earnings Car Allowance: $600/month plus mileage reimbursement Tools: Company phone and laptop Health & Well-Being Medical, dental, vision Teladoc and Employee Assistance Program Financial Security 401(k) with company match Company-paid disability and life insurance Optional supplemental coverage Work-Life Balance 160 hours PTO 9 holidays plus 2 floating days Career Growth Access to LinkedIn Learning Clear path for advancement within a global organization Ready to Own Your Territory?
