Your Job DEPCOM has an immediate need for a Sr. Electrical Engineer. This position has flexibility to be physically located out of one of our sites that are located in Bedminster, NJ, Scottsdale, AZ, or Houston, TX. As a Senior Electrical Engineer at DEPCOM, you will be a key technical leader in the design and development of Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) power plants. You will mentor and collaborate with team members to drive high-quality project designs, champion process improvements, and ensure successful project execution. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise across DC, Medium Voltage (MV), and High Voltage (HV) design while taking on broader ownership of engineering quality, delivery standards, and complex technical challenges that require first-principles thinking. For this role, we anticipate paying $120,000 - $150,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
