Design and support observability solutions to improve system reliability and performance.

Must Have:
Experience with Grafana, OpenTelemetry (OTEL), and PromQL
Strong knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and observability
Experience with application/system instrumentation

Improve service reliability, telemetry quality, and operational visibility.
