Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and code invoices to ensure on-time payments
  
• Adhere to department performance metrics, policy, procedures, and internal controls.
  
• Communicate with vendors and internal personnel to resolve invoice disputes.
  
• Reconcile invoice statements.
  
• Research and perform vendor data analysis as needed.
  
• Support audit requests and other special projects as required.
  
• Assist in month-end closing; including journal support and accruals.
  
• Knowledgeable of the accounts payable process including general ledger terminology and the general accrual process.
  
• Develop and maintain successful and positive relationships with business leaders and managers within the organization.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, Associate's degree is a plus
• Ability to plan and

Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Location: Belleville, IL
