Job Summary
TDIndustries is seeking a strategic and highly creative Senior Manager, Brand & Creative to lead the development, execution and stewardship of the TDIndustries brand across the enterprise. This role is responsible for driving visual identity, creative strategy, brand consistency and design excellence across all internal and external communications, marketing initiatives, campaigns and customer touchpoints. This leader will oversee enterprise creative direction while also serving as a hands-on creative contributor, partnering closely with Marketing, Communications, Pursuits, Operations, HR, Safety and Executive Leadership to strengthen and evolve the TDIndustries brand. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with exceptional design capabilities and a passion for storytelling, employee ownership culture and customer experience.
