Location: Tomball, TX
Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Here's what we're looking for:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of IT support, help desk, or similar technical support experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, user account management, and network access
- Experience with Microsoft Office, email systems, and user access administration
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and stay highly organized
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to assist employees at all levels
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP systems, asset tracking systems, or IT ticketing systems is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Chinese skills are a plus
- Ability to move between office and production areas throughout the workday
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Set up, configure, deploy, and maintain computers, monitors, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment
- Create, modify, and manage employee email accounts, system access, permissions, and user profiles
- Track, assign, reassign, and maintain inventory records for company IT assets and software licenses
- Provide day-to-day technical support for office and production employees, including login, access, hardware, and software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT problems and coordinate escalation of complex technical issues when necessary
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing equipment and creating or deactivating user accounts
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT equipment, processes, system access, and inventory records
- Respond to employee requests and questions regarding systems, technology, and access needs
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and support of office technology and related equipment
- Support multiple departments with technical and administrative IT-related tasks
- Help ensure IT assets are properly maintained, secured, and accounted for throughout their lifecycle
- Collaborate with team members and provide support for additional duties as needed to meet business objectives and operational demands
- Maintain a professional, service-oriented approach while supporting both office and production teams on-site
