We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with a strong focus on ERP systems to support and optimize business processes across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring ERP capabilities align with operational and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting, configuring, and enhancing ERP systems, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for ERP system improvements and optimization
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Support ERP system configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancements
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to resolve system issues and improve functionality
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support operational decision-making
• Provide end-user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing ERP support
• Participate in system upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives
• Create and maintain system documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Monitor ERP performance and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure data integrity, system compliance, and adherence to business requirements throughout the organization
