Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or Friday - Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

We're hiring a direct hire Fabrication Supervisor for a top local company that's ready for a strong leader to step in and take charge. Lead the Crew with These Skills:



  • Lead and support a fabrication crew in a hands-on manufacturing environment, setting the standard for safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork.
  • Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to drive engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and developing employees while helping build a skilled and high-performing team.
  • Utilize your expertise in reading CAD drawings and blueprints to guide production activities and ensure work is completed to specifications.
  • Apply hands-on fabrication knowledge to assist the team with complex projects, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
  • Set up and operate CNC equipment as needed while ensuring proper machine operation and adherence to quality standards.
  • Use measuring instruments and fabrication machinery to verify accuracy and maintain product quality.
  • Prioritize workloads, coordinate resources, and manage production schedules to meet customer and business requirements.
  • Make proactive decisions to resolve production challenges, minimize downtime, and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, quality, and attention to detail throughout the fabrication department.
  • Work alongside the crew as needed to support production goals and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Safely lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds as required.


Bring These Qualifications to the Team



  • 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
  • Experience interviewing, coaching, developing, and managing employee performance.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting CAD drawings and blueprints.
  • Demonstrated ability to set up and operate CNC equipment.
  • Hands-on fabrication experience and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Experience using fabrication machinery and precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to effectively lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
