Social Analyst
This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), remote contract and requires availability during core hours of 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM PST, working Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day Summary
This role focuses on building and optimizing the reporting and analytics infrastructure for paid social marketing, enabling data-driven decision-making across multiple lines of business. The analyst will translate stakeholder requirements into scalable dashboards and actionable insights that support business growth. Our Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, specifically within paid social data analysis
Passion for social marketing and analytics with a strong foundation in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement
Proficient in Sprinklr (required), social ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), and data visualization tools, with strong dashboard-building expertise
Familiar with attribution models, incrementality testing, and paid social measurement methodologies
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in large, complex organizations
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, solutions-oriented mindset
Experience building and maintaining automated dashboards and reporting pipelines
Experience working with large-scale organizations or enterprise-level stakeholders Job Description
In this role, you will build and enhance dashboards that support paid social performance across multiple lines of business.
You'll partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop reporting solutions in Sprinklr, and deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions. This includes creating and refining dashboards, integrating social platform data, and identifying performance trends or potential issues.
You will also review existing reporting structures, flag data inconsistencies or gaps, and continuously improve reporting workflows to increase efficiency and clarity. Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Background in digital marketing analytics, paid social, or performance marketing
Experience working with enterprise-level teams or large organizations; agency or tech company experience preferred. This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, 401(k), etc., depending on tenure and hours worked The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $45-$50 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
