  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Be able to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 PM - 4:00 PM


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to elevate the patient experience and support the smooth functioning of our outpatient clinics. In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face and voice for patients, managing essential administrative tasks that are critical to patient flow and clinic efficiency. Your ability to organize, communicate, and anticipate needs will directly impact patient satisfaction and operational excellence, making a tangible difference in the lives of those seeking care.

What You Will Do:



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new patient coordination, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Manage the scheduling of surgeries and other critical appointments with precision and care.
  • Greet and welcome patients, assisting them with questions regarding appointments, payments, and schedules.
  • Operate a multi-line phone system, screening and routing calls, and taking accurate messages for clinical staff and providers.
  • Ensure all necessary patient verifications and authorizations are complete prior to appointments.
  • Communicate effectively with providers regarding scheduling preferences and urgent patient needs.
  • Provide essential doctor-patient support, utilizing reference documents and tools to facilitate communication.
  • Execute various administrative tasks, including maintaining information and paging directories, and processing internal forms.
  • Proficiently utilize telephone systems and electronic medical records systems for all assigned duties.
  • Consistently meet or exceed organizational and departmental service standards.
  • Address non-clinical patient inquiries and messages, escalating as appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage and distribute incoming faxes, mail, and maintain organized clinic-specific documentation.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software relevant to administrative functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, appropriate for a professional healthcare setting.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, solve problems efficiently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Windows-based office software, computers, and operating systems.
  • Adept at adjusting communication style to meet the needs and understanding level of diverse individuals.
  • Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in stressful situations.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35.81 - $38.96 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
