Position Responsibilities The Specialty Sales Manager leads two high-performing sales teams within the Professional Services Vertical, focusing on PPM and Archisnapper product lines. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth across both strategic, complex deals and high-velocity transactional sales. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at solving complex problems, and builds consensus across teams and stakeholders. Reporting to senior sales leadership, the Specialty Sales Manager ensures disciplined sales execution, fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and plays a key role in aligning cross-functional go-to-market efforts.

Career Interests Sales Compensation Info The U.S. On-Target-Earnings (OTE) for this position is $180,000.00-$200,000.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
