Job Title: Senior Manufacturing/Production Operator - 1st Shift
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Employment Type: Contract-to-direct hire
Industry: Defense
Compensation: $27.83 + OT
What You'll Do:
  • Perform production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies
  • Read and interpret schematics, drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions
  • Complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing activities
  • Integrate subassemblies into final hardware and perform final assembly of small systems
  • Conduct basic electrical testing and support hardware rework, repair, and refurbishment activities

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience
  • 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting schematics, drawings, or technical documentation
  • 2+ years of experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs), measuring equipment, and work order tracking systems
