Description Job Title: Senior Manufacturing/Production Operator - 1st Shift Location: Scottsdale, AZ Employment Type: Contract-to-direct hire Industry: Defense Compensation: $27.83 + OT What You'll Do: Perform production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies Read and interpret schematics, drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions Complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing activities Integrate subassemblies into final hardware and perform final assembly of small systems Conduct basic electrical testing and support hardware rework, repair, and refurbishment activities About the Opportunity: We're seeking a skilled Senior Manufacturing/Production Operator to support the assembly, integration, testing, and refurbishment of complex electronic and mechanical systems.
