    What You Will Do:



    • Manage transportation operations: oversee trucking requests across assigned locations, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
    • Optimize fleet utilization: schedule and prioritize workloads to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
    • Serve as a central point of contact: support drivers with job assignments, scheduling, and permitting needs.
    • Ensure regulatory compliance: maintain compliance with all DOT and transportation regulations.

    What You Will Need:



    • Experience: dispatch or transportation coordination experience.
    • Knowledge of hauling heavy equipment: including construction and agricultural equipment.
    • Familiarity with DOT regulations: and transportation compliance requirements.
    • Leadership experience preferred: the ability to manage and develop a team.


    • Valid work authorization: candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
