Hannity is looking for a dedicated and experienced Associate Producer/Booker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for pitching stories and guests, producing segments, assisting segment producers, coordinating field shoots, and securing high-profile guests for the show. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative newsroom environment and has a strong passion for politics, current events, and cultural stories driving the national conversation.

You will be offered the following shift: Monday - Friday from 2 PM - 10 PM ET

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pitch compelling stories, segments, and guests daily

  • Book guests including politicians and newsmakers

  • Conduct pre-interviews and compile research for guest appearances and segments

  • Assist segment producers/writers with elements and segment production

  • Build graphics, write banners, teases, and other editorial elements

  • Help coordinate and arrange field shoots

  • Assist with breaking news coverage and last-minute editorial needs

  • Work closely with producers, writers, and bookers to execute a fast-paced nightly show

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience

  • Experience in television production, booking, or a newsroom/research role

  • Strong knowledge of and passion for current events and politics

  • Proven ability to secure guests and cultivate relationships

  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to write in clear, concise formats

  • Ability to juggle multiple assignments under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations

  • Team-player attitude with strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to breaking news and changing priorities

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $60,000.00-70,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
