We are seeking a highly organized and customer-centric professional to elevate the experience for C-level attendees at global events. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between sophisticated data management and unparalleled executive service, directly contributing to critical audience engagement and the success of key strategic initiatives. Your expertise will ensure every event runs flawlessly, leaving a lasting impression on our most important stakeholders.

**What You'll Do:**

**Event Registration & Data Management:** Serve as the subject matter expert for internal registration tools, developing intricate back-end form logic, meticulously managing daily RSVP reporting and data uploads, and providing crucial capacity forecasting to ensure optimal event planning.

**Executive Service & Communications:** Deliver exceptional, white-glove support to C-level attendees, managing all invitation and briefing communications, and efficiently triaging email aliases in collaboration with external agencies.

**Audience Development & Engagement:** Partner closely with sales and partner teams to maintain and refine the priority executive list, leveraging advanced spreadsheet tools to track engagement metrics and construct insightful dashboards for strategic decision-making.

**Web & Asset Coordination:** Oversee the maintenance of event websites, seamlessly integrate creative assets, and collaborate with technical teams to optimize the digital user journey for an intuitive and engaging experience.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

**Technical Proficiency:** Demonstrated expertise in registration platforms, advanced spreadsheet formulation for data management, and foundational knowledge of HTML.

**Executive Presence & Communication:** Possess a calm, professional demeanor suitable for interacting with C-level executives, coupled with strong cross-functional communication and influencing skills to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
