Description Job Title: Team Lead: Assembly Location: Saugerties, NY Employment Type: Temporary Industry: Semiconductor Industries Compensation: $32-$37/hour Depending on experience Schedule: Mon-Fri (7am-3:30pm) About the Opportunity: Join a hands-on manufacturing environment where your leadership directly impacts daily production success. As an Assembly Team Lead, you'll be responsible for guiding shop floor operations, supporting assembly personnel, and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output across the production line. Minimum of 3-5 years of assembly experience required. 1-3 years of lead or supervisory experience. What Sets You Apart: Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and build team morale. Familiarity with Encompix and ERP systems is a plus. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams. Proficiency with hand tools and small power tools.
