Job Summary: Must be located in Nashville, TN and open to a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote) The HR Coordinator supporting the HRBP function will play a key role in defining and carrying out HR processes. This role is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and analytical support to HR Business Partners. This role will play a critical role in bridging operational HR work with strategic initiatives. This includes coordinating various HR activities, ensuring day-to-day HR processes run smoothly, preparing reports, supporting colleague relations and performance processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Serving as a liaison and resource to our colleagues, supporting internal HR programs, and administration of HR processes are all part of the role.
