About the Opportunity:
Join a fast-paced warehouse and logistics team where your work directly impacts the flow of materials, shipments, and operations across the business. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and keeping things moving efficiently behind the scenes.
You'll play a key role in shipping, receiving, inventory management, and logistics coordination - supporting both domestic and international operations in a collaborative team environment. What You'll Do:
* Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving intercompany purchase orders, preparing shipping documentation, and coordinating deliveries or customer pickups
* Generate shipping documentation including airway bills (AWB), invoices, Shipper's Letters of Instruction (SLI), and other manual shipment paperwork * Perform "Skip Lot" and unit of measure (UOM) conversions * Manage inventory movement by putting away stock, performing stock transfers, labeling, and packing/re-packing materials as needed * Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records, including part numbers, serial numbers, and quantities * Research and resolve shipment discrepancies, inventory issues, and material movement concerns * Support overall warehouse operations by maintaining organization, processing manifests and volume transactions, and assisting with domestic and international shipping activities Why You'll Love Working Here:
