Corporate Title Associate/Vice President

Overview

Deutsche Bank's Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) aims to build long-term, trusted and mutually beneficial relationships with the major financial institutions around the world. FIC integrates top sales, research, and trading/structuring expertise across FX, Rates, Credit, and Emerging Markets to meet automation, regulatory, and client demands for standardized and transparent execution.

Deutsche Bank's Corporate Treasury Services provides corporate clients with integrated financial solutions, including liquidity, FX, payments, trade finance, and lending, all coordinated by a treasury coverage team in partnership with the Investment Bank.

As a Business Support function, the team supports FIC, Global Corporate Coverage (GCC) & Risk Management Solutions (RMS) Accountable Client Owners (ACOs) globally by helping to coordinate KYC-related activity, ensuring front office stakeholders have the information, guidance, and visibility needed to meet policy requirements in a timely and controlled manner.

Working closely with Sales/Coverage, Trading, Client Lifecyle Management (CLM), and other partnering teams, the role is focused on oversight, coordination, and delivery support rather than hands-on KYC execution. This includes tracking progress, supporting timely completion of key deliverables, helping to resolve blockers, and contributing to process consistency across the front office.

This role would suit someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support business transition activity, prepare clear materials for governance forums and stakeholder discussions, and take ownership of key tasks and follow-up actions to help keep priorities moving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery across regulatory change, business growth initiatives, audits, and remediation activity.
  • Support perimeter change initiatives and coordinate KYC deliverables, helping to drive process improvement and standardization for the Front Office.
  • Act as a key contact for Sales and Trading on client onboarding, and account lifecycle queries, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Contribute to policy, KYC, and regulatory working groups by providing input on business impacts and implementation considerations.
  • Support the development of KYC transparency and Management Information, helping to deliver meaningful insights to stakeholders.
  • Prepare materials and contribute to governance forums, committees, and management meetings, clearly summarizing risks, progress, and key issues.
  • Build strong working relationships across teams and contribute to a collaborative, delivery-focused environment.
  • Support business transition activity, helping to coordinate KYC readiness, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of new processes or coverage changes.
  • Provide oversight of KYC progression, tracking key deliverables, following up with relevant teams, and helping to unblock issues to support timely completion.
  • Take ownership of assigned workstreams or tasks, ensuring actions are progressed, updates are communicated clearly, and deadlines are met.
  • Produce high-quality materials for governance forums, including status updates, presentations, briefing notes, and action trackers.
  • Help drive momentum across fast-moving priorities, remaining organized and responsive in a high-demand environment.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Ability to build strong partnerships with CLM and other key teams to support timely KYC completion and delivery against KYC KPI commitments.
  • Experience preparing clear, concise materials and updates for stakeholders and governance discussions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, new demands, and a high level of visibility.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator with senior front-to-back stakeholders during high-pressure situations.
  • Experience supporting business change, onboarding transition activity, or new process implementation would be beneficial.
  • Ability to oversee and coordinate KYC activity across stakeholders, rather than perform hands-on KYC file execution.
  • Strong PowerPoint / presentation preparation skills, with the ability to turn complex updates into clear and concise governance materials and stakeholder updates.
  • Willingness to take ownership of key tasks, follow through independently, and maintain momentum across multiple deliverables.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with confidence to chase actions, escalate where needed, and keep workstreams moving.
