Position Summary

EBI Consulting is seeking a full-time Client Support Specialist to support our Sales team. The successful candidate will be someone who is eager to learn while developing customer service and project management skills. The role includes responsibility for administrative duties required for the successful launch of EBI's environmental and engineering services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being a part of a team and working in a fast-paced environment.

This position reports directly to the Manager of Client Support and is designated as an in-office position to be located at our Burlington, MA corporate headquarters. As such, candidates need to be established in the Burlington area and comfortable working in an office environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Log and track new sales opportunities for assigned Account Executive(s), as well as update and maintain accurate records, within EBI's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool/database
  • Ensure client satisfaction via accurate project bookings
  • Liaise between clients and internal EBI staff to track receipt of any files necessary to complete our tasks, ensure all questions are answered, and promptly address any issues that would impact project delivery timelines
  • Assist clients with any missing information or documents they need, including links to their reports, invoices, project data, contract documents, etc.
  • Conduct initial subject property research using online tools and resources
  • Ordering and tracking project support files through designated vendor relationships
  • Assist the Portfolio Manager with administrative support responsibilities.



Qualifications and Capabilities



  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Databases is required; NetSuite experience is a plus
  • 0-2+ years of administrative/office experience

The reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position may also be eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered will be based on a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to; geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, knowledge, skills/level, qualifications and budget.
