Position Overview: This role serves as the commercial marketing leader for the Endovascular portfolio, accountable for defining and executing portfolio strategy and positioning, driving long-term growth, and influencing decisions across commercial, clinical, and product development functions. This role requires deep engagement with physicians, close partnership with cross-functional teams, and the ability to influence both near-term execution and longer-term portfolio strategy. Responsibilities: Commercial Strategy & Execution 1. Develop and execute downstream marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets Customer & Market Engagement 7. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (cardiac & vascular surgeons) Product Lifecycle Management 11. Manage full product lifecycle including positioning, segmentation, and portfolio optimization Launch & Sales Enablement 14. Develop value propositions, messaging, and marketing collateral Cross-Functional Collaboration 17. Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic priorities. Financial Management 22. Lead annual operating plan development and long-range forecasting for the Endovascular business. Qualifications:
