As a Security Officer Dispatch in Albany, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Professional in a healthcare location, where you will monitor communications, coordinate security-related responses, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service. In this role, you will help maintain awareness of activity, assist with routine reporting, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, answering incoming calls, and routing security-related communications to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor radios, telephones, alarms, cameras, and other communication systems to receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document incidents, service requests, and emergency notifications in dispatch logs and related systems with clear and timely updates for responding personnel and site leadership.
• Coordinate security-related and emergency response activity by communicating with officers, hospital departments, and/or first responders based on the nature of the incident.
• Support hospital location operations by helping to deter unauthorized activity, reporting unusual conditions, and following post orders and site-specific policies at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
