In this role you will:



  • Calculate commission on sales orders.
  • Create internal documents for various internal administrative departments to leverage in processing orders.
  • Maintain knowledge of products.
  • Enter sales orders.
  • Review/verify data entry on statements.
  • Troubleshoot, answer questions, assist sales representatives on pricing requests and provide conflict resolution to various commissions' issues.
  • Sort and process sales leads.
  • Maintain folders, scan and file needed documentation.


You should have:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Excellent data entry skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to sort, check, and verify numerical accuracy.
