Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and strong communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific access procedures and security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitors and deliveries, and maintain accurate access records for people, vehicles, and/or shipments.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, parking areas, trailer yards, docks, and perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity and/or site concerns.
• Support gatehouse and access control operations by directing traffic, checking authorized vehicle movement, and helping to maintain orderly flow at busy shipping and receiving areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
