Join a dynamic supply chain and procurement team where your decisions directly impact production efficiency, cost savings, and operational success. As a Buyer, you'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and supplies that keep business operations running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building vendor relationships, solving supply chain challenges, and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring materials are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with production needs.
What You'll Do:
* Purchase materials, products, equipment, and supplies in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms with vendors to secure the best value * Identify and resolve vendor-related issues related to specifications, timing, quality, and delivery performance * Collaborate with internal teams to obtain pricing, specifications, and material requirements * Monitor production schedules to anticipate and plan material needs * Assist with expediting critical orders to support production timelines * Manage vendor consignment inventory, including usage tracking and replenishment reporting * Maintain accurate records, databases, and procurement documentation * Communicate effectively across departments to ensure alignment on purchasing needs * Work independently with moderate supervision while managing multiple priorities Why You'll Love Working Here:
