Summary of Job Duties:-Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on buildings, grounds, and equipment
-Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general mechanical systems
-Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns
-Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
-Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and maintenance schedules
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and organizational policies
-Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs when needed
-Assist with setup and teardown for events, meetings, or facility changes
-Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies in good working order
-Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal, lawn care, or exterior upkeep as required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in general maintenance, facilities management, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic construction practices
  • Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and safety procedures
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
  • Valid driver's license (if travel between locations is required
