FULL SUMMARY The Regional Yard Advisor supports the local Facility/Yard Leads, and Yard Supervisors in maintaining and supporting established operations, territory wide. This hands-on position requires the ability to accurately manage multiple processes, garnering results by partnering with the local operations team, and working safely in various fast-paced environments with a wide range of weather conditions year-round. Duties include training of new employees in equipment operation and logistics, covering absences for various Facility/Yard employees as needed, with the ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
