The Maternal Fetal Medicine Division Director provides leadership directly to the MFM faculty and indirectly to the Department of OB/GYN. The Director oversees and participates in the outpatient MFM service, including consults, prenatal care, and the Antenatal Testing Unit. They lead development of care plans for high risk patients, participate in safety event evaluations, and contribute to inpatient policy and guideline development. The Director sits on the institutional Perinatal Committee. The MFM Division Director reports to the site Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology. This position receives 10% protected administrative time. Exceptional Benefits package Compensation ranges between $ 335,916 and $604,321 The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and departmental budget.
