Job OverviewThe Workplace Violence Program Manager supports the organization's workplace violence prevention and response efforts across a national footprint. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, and guests by managing incidents involving threats, intimidation, or disruptive behavior. This position is responsible for the end-to-end management of workplace violence cases, including intake, investigation, risk evaluation, and resolution. Working within a small, collaborative team, this role operates with a high degree of independence while partnering closely with business teams. The role requires sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations, including those involving escalated or potentially hostile individuals. ** This is a hybrid role (3 days/week) in the office and is based in Overland Park, KS ** Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
