Description and Requirements The Profit Manager is a strategic advisor, driving short and long-term profitability. This role partners closely with sales, finance, alliances and category to optimize profit while driving revenue and achieving targets. The Profit Manger will support large deals making to ensure Lenovo leverages all resources to win, providing quarterly analytics, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue with a balanced profit profile. The profit manager will partner with the Business Manager to support the sales segment leader and their business. This position requires a strong sales and financial acumen, operational efficiency, attention to detail, excellent communication skills with all levels, willingness to learn new skills and confidence. This position requires candidates to be based near our headquarters in Morrisville, NC and adhere to a 3:2 hybrid work schedule. This means three days on-site for in-person collaboration and two days remote each week, ensuring flexibility while maintaining strong team engagement.
