About the Role:

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 7+ years' experience in content management, digital marketing, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM Digital Asset Manager
• Technical knowledge of content management systems and HTML
• Ability to manage site architecture, standards, and updates effectively
• Experience maintaining content style guides to ensure consistent tone and voice across channels
• Skilled in SEO and AI search content strategies
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team and respond positively to change

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with SitePublisher platform
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and cultural nuances in content creation

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in digital content management or digital marketing roles

• Strong organizational skills to inventory, update, and validate large volumes of web content
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and report progress effectively
