As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Gated Community in Coto De Caza, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a residential location, where you will conduct routine mobile and foot patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness with strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring a caring, reliable approach, work as part of a team, and act with integrity while delivering responsive service to residents and guests.

Position Type: Full Time / Late Swing Shift

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to property management and/or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Monitor entry points, observe resident and visitor traffic, and help to deter unauthorized access, loitering, and/or property-related issues through visible presence and professional communication.
• Support a professional residential environment by following Allied Universal post orders, completing required reports, and communicating security-related updates, incidents, and/or resident concerns to the appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
