About the Role:

Are you passionate about affordable housing and skilled in
guiding clients through transformative software experiences? Join
our RightSource team as a Technical Account Manager,
where you'll play a key role in supporting clients across the
Affordable Housing industry. In this fast-paced, client-facing
role, you'll lead successful software implementations, train
site staff, and deliver support. You'll be the go-to partner from
kickoff to go-live-building relationships, solving problems, and driving best
practices every step of the way. If you're ready to make a real

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the full onboarding process for
    new RightSource clients, from initial kickoff to successful
    software implementation and adoption.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts,
    building trusted client relationships and
    delivering timely, strategic support.
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored best
    practice guidance to ensure successful configuration and use
    of RightSource products.
  • Researches, analyzes, and
    resolves RightSource software and compliance service
    issues, identifies when client issues need escalation,
    and determines the appropriate support resources for
    problem resolution

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related
    field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two years of experience auditing LIHTC, HUD, and other
    affordable housing programs, along with two years of technical or client
    support experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Yardi domain or significant
    experience in relevant industry
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage and resolve
    client issues and requests
  • Advanced technical and product knowledge of one or more
    Yardi software products
  • Understanding of the property management or relevant Yardi
    supported industry and industry best practices
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work individually as well as collaborate within a
    team environment to achieve set goals
  • Aptitude for learning new technology
  • Flexibility and the ability to manage changing priorities
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple
    tasks in a fast-paced environment

Annual Salary Range: $75,000-$78,800
