Please review the job details below. Vantor is looking for a Senior Director of AI & Architecture to build and lead the company's AI-enabled engineering foundation. This leader will own the development environment, platform architecture, and AI strategyfor the organization-turning AI from experimentation into a core operating capability. Reporting to the CIO, you will define how engineering gets work done at Vantor: the tools, platforms, and AI systems that drive speed, scale, and differentiation. At the same time, you will act as Vantor's AI champion, embedding intelligent automation and agentic workflows across the business. This role requires a builder who can operate at both executive and hands-on levels, and who has a track record of turning emerging technology into measurable outcomes.
