We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join Keysight's Aerospace & Defense Custom Solutions (ADCS) group. In this role, the project manager will lead a crossfunctional team of Systems, Mechanical, and Software engineers in the development and delivery of custom test system solutions designed to support our customers' test needs. The project manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently while supporting one or more customers. We are looking for someone who builds strong, trusted relationships with customers to ensure a complete understanding of their needs and system requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical engineering background to facilitate discussions between customers and the engineering team, helping to identify and mitigate project risks as designs evolve. Responsibilities The Senior Project Manager is expected to demonstrate strong leadership by guiding crossfunctional engineering teams, setting clear expectations, and promoting accountability across all project activities. This includes fostering a collaborative environment, facilitating effective communication, resolving conflicts constructively, and leading teams through technical complexity and ambiguity. The successful candidate will model professionalism, sound decisionmaking, and a customerfocused mindset while motivating teams to deliver highquality solutions on schedule. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of each project, including requirements and design reviews, scheduling, resource planning, risk management, product development, integration and test, delivery, and postdelivery support. The role also includes collaboration with our business development team to generate accurate and compelling proposals for new business opportunities. Qualifications
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance and to meet ITAR requirements. You must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or lawful permanent resident) as defined by ITAR. Colorado Pay Range: MIN $128,670 - MAX $214,440 Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region.
